WeRiManage Kick-off Meeting

The kickoff meeting of WeRiManage took place on 01/12/2023. The attendants were Assistant Professor Antonios Alexandridis and Professor Achilleas Zapranis from the Univeristy of Macedonia. The objective of the kickoff meeting was to discuss:

• The background expertise and experience that already exists in the consortium.
• The main objectives of the project and how to achieve them.
• The key areas of focus that we expect will be more challenging yet innovative.
• The implementation strategy for the first year of the project.
